Who we are

The Barbados Association of Professional Engineers (B.A.P.E) is a voluntary non-profit organization, established to:

Founded in 1964, membership currently stands at 213. Members range from professional engineers to students and represent most of the major engineering disciplines.

How we are run

The Barbados Association of Professional Engineers is a registered non-profit company, whose business is managed by an Executive Committee, elected by the membership by annual ballot. Membership consists of Honorary Members, Corporate Members, Graduate Members, Student Members and Affiliate members, all bound by the Association's professional code of ethics. Day-to-day running of the organisation occurs through the Secretariat. Office hours are as follows: 
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
